I'm outside of East Anglia, can we still book?

Absolutely, but please get in touch first, instead of booking directly through this page.

What if we don't have a suitable venue available?

You are also very welcome to join us at out head office in Cambridge. Please note that if you prefer to visit us, there will be additional charges for conference hire and catering.

Can we book an online version of this workshop?

Yes, definitely, but again, please get in touch first, instead of booking directly through this page.

How many delegates can I bring?

You may bring as many delegates as you can legally and practically fit into your venue, however, we'd recommend a maximum group size of 100. If you'd like to join us at our head office in Cambridge instead, the maximum number of delegate we can accommodate is 80.

Do we need a minimum number of delegates in order to book?

No, in fact this course often runs with very small groups. The smaller your group, the more interactive and flexible the day's content can be.

When will the workshop be held?

This one day workshop is available on  Thursdays and Fridays. We'll agree on an actual date to suit your needs once you're completed your booking. Weekend dates are also available at an additional 25% fee.

How do we book in the actual date?

Once you have completed your booking, we'll be in touch to sort out all the details.

What are the timings for the day?

They can be flexible, depending on your  needs and preferences. This is a one day workshop, and we typically run it over an 8 hour block, including lunch all other breaks. If this doesn't suit your group, please get in touch to discuss all available options.

How long will it take from booking this course before we can set the date?

This really depends on how flexible you can be with the dates, but typically, we'd expect to be able to find something within 6-8 weeks of booking, if the workshop is to be held at your venue. If you'd like to come to Cambridge instead, there may be a slightly longer wait, as our conference centre tends to be quite busy. You may of course also book ahead further in advance, if you prefer.
